​Young Life Proposal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") conducts IT infrastructure and web application development as well as inbound travel services.
The Company recognizes that the protection of personal information is an important matter in carrying out these businesses.

​Accordingly, to appropriately handle all personal information used in the Company’s business operations, the Company has established this Personal Information Protection Policy as a code of conduct to be observed by all employees, and will ensure strict compliance therewith.

  1. The Company will comply with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, government guidelines and other norms. To that end, the Company will establish and properly operate a Personal Information Protection Management System in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management System — Requirements” (JIS Q 15001).
  2. The Company will acquire, use and provide personal information appropriately, taking into account the nature and scale of its business. This includes refraining from handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use and taking measures to prevent such handling.
  3. Where the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information, it will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor to ensure the security management of the entrusted personal information.
  4. Except where the individual’s consent has been obtained or where required by law, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties.
  5. The Company will take measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
  6. The Company will strive to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information. The Company will also accept requests concerning the disclosure, etc., of retained personal data held by the Company (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition or deletion, suspension of use or provision, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties).   7. The Company will continuously improve the Personal Information Protection Management System.
