What is Nabana no Sato?

Located in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture, "Nabana no Sato" is one of Japan's largest botanical gardens operated by Nagashima Resort.

Overwhelming Scale of the "Tunnel of Light"

The symbol of Nabana no Sato is the "Tunnel of Light (Hana Kairo)," which spans 200 meters.
While using the latest LED technology, the attention to detail is phenomenal, with each bulb shaped like a "petal." Walking wrapped in warm light gives you a moving experience, as if you have wandered into another world.

Here is the best route to enjoy both the daytime scenery and the nighttime illumination.

First, Fill Your Stomach

Immediately on your right after entering is Nagashima Beer Garden, and in front are the restaurant "Marseille" and cafe "Cafe La Terrace." There are also Japanese and Chinese restaurants nearby.
Since the park is very large and involves a lot of walking, we recommend enjoying delicious drinks, meals, or desserts first before sightseeing.

Begonia Garden

Passing through the restaurant area, you will find the "Begonia Garden," a huge indoor garden that Nabana no Sato boasts.
Hundreds of varieties and over 10,000 begonias gathered from all over the world will welcome you. There are many photo spots, so let's take lots of commemorative photos!

Illumination Area

After passing through the Begonia Garden, you will reach the Illumination Area featuring the "Tunnel of Light" [Hana Kairo].
