To that end, the Company will establish and properly operate a Personal Information Protection Management System in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard \u201cPersonal Information Protection Management System \u2014 Requirements\u201d (JIS Q 15001).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will acquire, use and provide personal information appropriately, taking into account the nature and scale of its business. This includes refraining from handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use and taking measures to prevent such handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information, it will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor to ensure the security management of the entrusted personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Except where the individual\u2019s consent has been obtained or where required by law, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will take measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will strive to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information. The Company will also accept requests concerning the disclosure, etc., of retained personal data held by the Company (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction\/addition or deletion, suspension of use or provision, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties).
