当社は日本で情報通信サービス業をスタートしてから、今年で20年になりました。 「何で旅行業？」 と思われるかと思います。私の文章に少しお付き合い下さい。 私は今から30年前、はじめて海外旅行をしたとき「なんて不自由なのだろう！」 と感じました。日本にいると当たり前の事が、全く当たり前ではないのです。 自分の国だけでは気付けない発見が毎日あり、それがとても新鮮でした。 自分の視野を広げるには、海外の人や文化に触れ合う必要があります。 そしてそれを社員にも体験して欲しい。 このような思いを持ち、7年前から海外事業を計画し、海外留学や ワーキングホリデー経験のある社員を積極的に採用してきました。 東京オリンピックにも全社員で参加し、海外の人と交流を持てる事を楽しみ 取り組んできました。 しかし2020年から3年続いたコロナにより、計画を一度リセットせざるを 得ませんでした。本当に悔しかったです。 長かった海外との断絶で、夢を一緒に見た社員も数名辞めてしまいましたが、 2023年からようやく海外との交流が始まり、海外事業も再スタート出来ました。 当社は旅行業に関しては、経験豊富ではありません。 しかし旅行に関しては、この3年間勉強を続けましたし日本国内旅行もたくさんしました。 ですから皆さんの知らない素晴らしい観光地をたくさん知っています。 そして海外に行くと 「何が不自由なのか？」「自分がして欲しい事は何なのか？」 当社には海外留学やワーキングホリデー経験のある社員がいます。 外国の方と交流を持ちたい。と考え相手の事を真剣に考える事が出来る 優しく、おもてなしの出来る人間です。 是非日本、そして有名では無いけど見どころたくさんの三重、岐阜、愛知の 魅力に触れ一生の思い出を作って下さい。 我々は皆さんの思い出作りに、全力で取り組みます。 |

Our company has been in the information and communication service industry in Japan for 20 years this year. You might be wondering, “Why the travel industry?” Please allow me to explain a bit in my writing. Thirty years ago, when I first traveled abroad, I felt, “How inconvenient it is!” Things that are taken for granted in Japan were not at all commonplace abroad. Every day brought new discoveries that I couldn’t notice in my own country, and it was very refreshing. To broaden one’s horizons, it is necessary to interact with people and cultures from abroad. And I wanted our employees to experience this too. With this thought in mind, we have been planning overseas operations for the past seven years and have actively recruited employees with study abroad or working holiday experience. All our employees participated in the Tokyo Olympics, enjoying and engaging with people from overseas. However, due to the three years of the COVID-19 pandemic starting in 2020, we had to reset our plans. It was truly frustrating. During the long disconnect with overseas, a few employees who shared our dream left the company. But in 2023, we finally resumed exchanges with overseas, and our international business restarted. We do not have extensive experience in the travel industry. However, we have continued to study about travel during these three years and have traveled extensively within Japan. Therefore, we know many wonderful tourist spots that you might not be aware of. When we go abroad, we understand well “What is inconvenient?” and “What do I want others to do for me?” Our company has employees with study abroad or working holiday experience. They are kind and hospitable people who want to interact with foreigners and can think seriously about the other person. Please experience the charm of Japan, especially Mie, Gifu, and Aichi, which are not famous but have many attractions, and create lifelong memories.
