Cancellation Fees
If you cancel any travel-related services we provide (visa support, air ticket arrangement, hotel booking, tours, etc.), the following rules apply.
1. Group Tours & Package Tours

2. Arranged Travel (Air Tickets, Hotels, etc.)
Cancellations for air tickets and accommodation follow the cancellation fees set by each carrier or accommodation provider. In addition, our designated cancellation handling fees apply:

3. Visa Support Service Cancellations

4. Notes
Any actual costs incurred (communications, transfers, etc.) may be charged separately.
Refunds for cancellations will be made after deducting the prescribed handling fees.
