Prices vary depending on travel dates, hotel rank, and destinations.

Visa Services

We support applications for visas required to enter Japan, including assistance with application forms and proxy submissions.
Separate application fees are required.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel any travel-related services we provide (visa support, air ticket arrangement, hotel booking, tours, etc.), the following rules apply.

1. Group Tours & Package Tours

7–2 days before departure	Within 30%
Day before departure	Within 40%
Same day (before start)	Within 50%
After start or no-show	100%

For overseas travel during peak seasons (New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer, etc.), cancellation rules may differ.

2. Arranged Travel (Air Tickets, Hotels, etc.)

Cancellations for air tickets and accommodation follow the cancellation fees set by each carrier or accommodation provider.
In addition, our designated cancellation handling fees apply:

Group arrangements (10 or more)	20% of the canceled portion of travel cost
Individual arrangements (fewer than 10)	¥4,400 per case
Hotel arrangement cancellation	¥2,200 per case
Unused air ticket / refund processing	¥2,200 per case

3. Visa Support Service Cancellations

• After starting document preparation: flat fee ¥2,200 (handling fee)
• After submission to the embassy/consulate: you must bear the actual application fee and our full service fee.

4. Notes

• Any actual costs incurred (communications, transfers, etc.) may be charged separately.
• Refunds for cancellations will be made after deducting the prescribed handling fees.
