In Japan, the idea behind a health check is to go looking for any trouble before you ever feel unwell. It's such an ordinary habit here that it has a name — the Ningen Dock — and we can arrange exactly this kind of check-up for you at a partner clinic in Nagoya.

The hard part of doing this in a country whose language you don't speak is everything around the medical part: booking the right clinic, understanding the questions, knowing what the results actually mean. That's our job. A bilingual coordinator plans the whole thing, a medical interpreter stays with you through the examinations and the consultation, and a private car gets you where you need to be.

How much does it cost?
Individual plans are ¥460,000 (Standard) and ¥860,000 (Premium) per person. Group plans are ¥275,000 for a small group (4–9) and ¥245,000 for a standard group (10–19), per person. What's included in the price?
The health check itself, a bilingual medical coordinator and interpreter, private transfers, hotel accommodation and a medical report in English. Group plans also include sightseeing and group transfers. International flights and travel or medical insurance are not included.
What is the Ningen Dock, and which tests are involved?
It's Japan's thorough one- or two-day health check, the kind that goes looking for trouble before you feel unwell. The exact tests depend on the plan you choose; the Premium package adds advanced diagnostics such as MRI, MRA, CT and PET alongside the standard examinations.
Do you provide the medical care, and in which languages?
We coordinate everything and a medical interpreter stays with you from check-in to the final consultation, working in English and Vietnamese. We don't provide medical advice or treatment ourselves, and we can't promise specific medical results — the doctors do the medicine.
When do we pay, and what is the cancellation policy?
You reserve now and pay later — nothing is charged until your booking is confirmed. As a multi-day arrangement, cancellation is free up to 21 days before, with a sliding-scale fee after that; the full cancellation policy is shown on this page.
How do we get in touch?
Through the inquiry form, the chat, or by email. We're a registered travel agency and reply in English, Japanese or Vietnamese, usually within one business day.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to a set number of days before the tour. After that, a cancellation fee applies on a sliding scale up to the day of departure.
